Our faith propels and informs our decisions and experiences. The murky atmosphere of today’s world makes us hungry for light to guide our way.

Marga and I are Seventh-day Adventist Christians. I was raised in this branch of Protestantism, and Marga was introduced to it as a teenager. Our church has a rocky history and faces serious challenges today as a global organization. We don’t always agree with what direction our denomination takes, but fortunately, the Adventist church elevates the freedom of its members to follow their conscience. We want to follow the self-sacrificing, servant love exemplified by Jesus Christ. Jesus loved this world and the people in it. We strive to do the same. This is the faith that guides us and drives us.
